Cathedral Prep alumnus Evan Fritzke ’16 visited Mrs. Quinn’s AP Statistics class to discuss how he uses statistics as a viticulturist for National Grape Co-op (Welch’s). Evan has a major in biology, minors in english and chemistry, and a masters in horticulture. He explained to the students that while he does not have a statistics degree, he uses it in his job, and it also helped get him his job at Welch’s. Statistics is used to do crop forecasting and is also instrumental in the grape inspection process. #Prep #Statistics
