rambler pod

On this episode of The Rambler Podcast, we welcome Casey Halloran ’93, co-founder of Namu Travel, a travel and technology company that has grown to more than 200 employees and serves seven destinations across Latin America.

Casey arrived at Cathedral Prep as a boarding student from rural Potter County, Pennsylvania, and credits his experience at Prep with expanding his vision for what was possible in his life. More importantly, Prep established a standard of excellence that has continued to influence the way he approaches business, leadership, and life.

Throughout the conversation, Casey shares an incredible perspective on mindset and leadership from having the courage to take risks, falling in love with the process of building and growing a business, learning from challenges, and continuing to move forward with curiosity. His advice is simple, but powerful: “Work hard. Be curious. Be brave.”

From leaving Pennsylvania and moving to Costa Rica in 1999 to building a company that now employs hundreds of people, Casey's journey is a great example of what can happen when you have the courage to pursue a bigger vision for your life!
