After collecting suggestions of names for the new Cathedral Prep mascot, a clear winner has risen to the top of the list! Please join us for the big reveal of our new mascot’s official name during a rivalry night at the Hagerty Family Events Center on Monday, January 26! At 6:00 p.m., the Cathedral Prep Swimming & Diving teams take on McDowell in the Hallman Aquatics Center. Just across the hall, the Lady Ramblers Basketball team will also face the Trojans in the Joann Mullen Gymnasium with a 7:15 p.m. start for the varsity squad. It’s a two-for-one deal as one entry fee gets you into both competitions!
At halftime of the basketball game, the new ram mascot’s name will be officially announced, and the ram will make his first appearance in the gym. He’ll have some prizes for the audience, and he’ll stick around to snap photos with the fans too.
We hope to see you there to meet the ram, but more importantly to support the Ramblers in the pool and on the court!!! Roll Ramblers! 🐏
