Cathedral Prep Theatre presented Disney's The Little Mermaid this past weekend in the H. David Bowes Auditorium. Charlottle Przybylinski '26 led the cast as Ariel, along with Robert Socash '25 as Prince Eric, Sammie Elwell '24 as Ursula the Sea Witch, and Diego Ayala Mireles '24 as Sebastian. Audiences enjoyed all the Disney favorites, including the songs “Part of Your World,” “Under the Sea,” “Poor Unfortunate Souls,” and “Kiss the Girl.” The cast and crew of over 45 students were also joined by over 20 grade school students from local schools in a children’s chorus assembled especially for this show. Prep's next production will be Peter and the Starcatcher, February 1-4, 2024; a prequel to the Peter Pan story.
