Villa's Junior Achievement Program Beginning
Posted 01/26/2018 09:00AM

Villa will again be implementing the Junior Achievement program available to all students. Junior Achievement is a fantastic club to get involved with at Villa Maria Academy. You will learn valuable, real world skills as well as become eligible for scholarships through Junior Achievement.

The program will include 5 one hour long sessions after school on Wednesdays. To be eligible to apply for any scholarship, students MUST attend the sessions. Scholarships are not guaranteed and are handled through the Junior Achievement organization. The sessions will focus on personal financial skills and intelligence. These sessions will help equip students with the tools and skills required to make wise financial decisions and set themselves up for financial and career success. Students will be able to add something very significant and impressive to their college resume, learn very valuable real-world skills, prepare themselves for the future, and make themselves eligible for scholarship money to help with educational costs.

Junior Achievement will begin Wednesday, January 31th in the Villa cafeteria.

Any questions can be directed to Mrs. Ruth Oligeri at Villa. Thank you.
