Junior Achievement Program Beginning At Cathedral Prep
Posted 01/25/2018 08:41AM

Prep will soon be implementing the Junior Achievement program available to all students. Junior Achievement is a fantastic club to get involved at Cathedral Prep. You will learn valuable, real world skills as well as become eligible for scholarships through Junior Achievement.

The program will begin shortly, and will include 5 one hour long sessions after school on Mondays. To be eligible to apply for any scholarship, students MUST attend the sessions. Scholarships are not guaranteed and are handled through the Junior Achievement organization. The sessions will focus on personal financial skills and intelligence. These sessions will help equip students with the tools and skills required to make wise financial decisions and set themselves up for financial and career success. Students will be able to add something very significant and impressive to their college resume, learn very valuable real-world skills, prepare themselves for the future, and make themselves eligible for scholarship money to help with educational costs.

There will be a meeting this upcoming Monday, January 29 immediately after school in the auditorium to sign up for the program and get more information. The first class will be Monday, February 12. Again, please consider taking part in this very valuable opportunity.

Any questions can be directed to Mr. Tony Parsons at Cathedral Prep. Thank you.
