Prep and Villa to Host Drug and Alcohol Awareness Panel

On February 15, 2017, at 7:00pm, Cathedral Prep and Villa Maria will be holding a Drug and Alcohol Awareness Parent Information Night in the Villa Maria Academy Auditorium. The night will consist of open discussion with a panel of professionals who collectively have over 35 years of experience handling juvenile matters, many of them pertaining to drugs and alcohol.

Honorable Judge John Trucilla (Erie County President Judge) - "I have been handling juvenile matters on the bench for over 14 years and look forward to speaking with parents about trends, consequences, and dispositions available in the juvenile system."

Casie Morettini (Drug & Alcohol SAP Counselor) - "It is essential to understand the current issues occurring in our schools and provide our students with adequate tools to educate them on the dangers of addiction and help them learn peer pressure resistance skills."

Corporal Rico Coletta (PA State Police - Drug Recognition Expert) - "I look forward to sharing my experiences with juveniles and illegal substances that I have had as a State Police Officer over the last 12 years with the parents in hopes that they will leave prepared to tackle these issues with their teens."
